Welcome to Peace of the Moon, a business I’m deeply proud to call my own.
My journey into the world of sleep support began with the birth of my first child, my gorgeous, cheeky, and sensitive little boy. I was 41+6 weeks pregnant, anxiously awaiting both his arrival and the looming lockdown announcement from Boris. My boy was born in April 2020, right at the start of a time that felt uncertain, isolating, and overwhelming.
Becoming a new mum during a global pandemic meant doing it all without the usual support network. Like so many, I had to figure things out alone, and it was hard. But with cancelled plans and quiet days, I threw myself into learning everything I could about babies and sleep. The deeper I went, the more I realised how confusing and conflicting the advice out there really was, and how many parents were struggling just like me.
When my second baby arrived, my beautiful, adventurous little girl, something shifted. I felt a strong pull to take what I had learned and use it to support others. With a background in coaching within education, and now lived experience as a mum of two, I knew I could bring something unique, practical, and truly sensitive to families navigating sleep challenges. I was also fascinated by temperament and how it plays huge part in how a child sleeps and knew that sleep plans needed to factor this in and become truly bespoke in order for it to work.
Today, Peace of the Moon has supported so many families in finding their way to better sleep, with a gentle, personalised approach rooted in understanding, compassion, and what matters most: yours and your child’s emotional wellbeing.

We understand it can be scary asking for help but you don't have to do it alone.
If families are committed to the plan and trust the process, yes- 100% it works! My aim is to work closely with families to encourage, support and motivate them to make changes and reach your sleep goals.
No, you do not need to leave your child at any point until you feel comfortable and the time is right. I cannot guarantee zero tears, it is a baby's only form of communication, however, it is a strong value of mine that you should always support them through these changes.
Yes! There are many families who book the Half Moon package and then add on calls, emails or WhatsApp support if they need it. It is important to reach out if you feel like your plan may need tweaking or you have any questions. I want you to have success and I will support you as best as I can.
Every child is different and every journey is unique, however, on average, I work 1:1 with families from 2-4 weeks. I will never guarantee results within days (although it has happened many times) because my methods are both sensitive and subtle; we often add layers of support to then peel it back, meaning it can take a little longer. If someone guarantees you results within days then they will likely be using harsh sleep training methods. I will always advise honestly on the call how long your journey should take.
